Mothers-In-Israel

In the beginning of creation, the book of Genesis Chapter 2:18-23 recorded when Adam was created in the image of the Lord God.  Adam was placed in the Garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. The Lord God commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.  At the completion of the creation, the Lord God assessed Adam’s situation and reported that “it is not good that Man should be alone, I will make him a helper comparable to him. Key Text: 2 Timothy 1:1-5 Let us look at the Bible definition of travailing found in John 16:20-22 “ Verily, I say unto you, that ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy. In other words, means, Endurable Pain for an end result of Joy; Travailing is a manifestation of the grief of the heart for the Joy of the Lord. This morning let us look at the seed that was in the lives of these two women t...

Josiah’s Reforms Hilkiah the high priest said to Shaphan the secretary, “I have found the Book of the Law in the temple of the Lord.” He gave it to Shaphan, who read it. 9 Then Shaphan the secretary went to the king and reported to him: “Your officials have paid out the money that was in the temple of the Lord and have entrusted it to the workers and supervisors at the temple.” 10 Then Shaphan the secretary informed the king, “Hilkiah the priest has given me a book.” And Shaphan read from it in the presence of the king. 11 When the king heard the words of the Book of the Law, he tore his robes. 12 He gav...
